Description

Oil & Gas Development Estimating (OGDE) specialise in the Front End early stage Cost Estimating of Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas Developments, Worldwide.

From initial Concept Screening (Class 5) through to Study/Feasibility (Class 4) then onto the BOD/pre Feed stage (Class 3), an accurate and independent Cost Estimate is fundamental for a successful Development.

Developed and prepared by industry professionals, using their proprietary systems and databases, to exacting and rigorous standards, assuring Clients of the best possible Cost Estimate for the current stage of the proposed Field Development.

To be used for Management, Board, Partner, Bank, Investor, reviews and audits. The OGDE independent Cost Estimate will support and assist in assuring confidence in the Field Development.

The OGDE Estimate will become a fundamental requirement for the successful continuation of financial funding, through FID, into the Project execution phase.

Type of Estimate
All field development estimates will cover the CAPEX, OPEX and Decommissioning phases. Following the initial provision of all known relevant data and information, OGDE will assess the Class/Type estimate that can be produced.

Basis of Estimate
The Basis of Estimate (BoE) will be the primary deliverable which defines and supports all relevant aspects of the estimate at the current time.
