Description

Premier Oilfield Group was formed in May 2016 under the private equity sponsorship of CSL Capital Management. Over the next six quarters, the team acquired and integrated six businesses, focused on the generation and interpretation of rock and fluid data.

The company integrates reservoir rock and fluid measurements across multiple disciplines to deliver completions and reservoir solutions in unconventional and conventional plays. Their proven workflows deliver timely, relevant data by doing the right experiments, doing those experiments right, and providing client-ready, fit-for-use results. Additionally, Premier utilizes its vast expertise to answer critical questions through analysis and simulation. Finally, Premier integrates diverse measurements to diagnose and match actual well performance, and to design future development strategies.

Premier Oilfield Group have established new business models that facilitate cost-effective data generation through cost-sharing approaches, and that help groups of clients to solve common challenges through shared data workspaces. These new ways of doing business set Premier Oilfield Group apart from other testing-focused laboratories.
