The National Agency of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels (ANPG) regulate the activity of oil and gas exploration, with the National Concessionaire having the purpose of regulating, supervising and promoting the execution of petroleum activities, namely operations and contracting, in the field of oil, gas and biofuels. .
It is subject to the superintendence of the Holder of the Executive Branch, exercised by the Holder of the Ministerial Department responsible for the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Sector.
