GN Rope Fittings was founded in 1923 as manufacturer for small tools. Nowadays GN is a leading designer and manufacturer of forged products for mooring, heavy lifting, anchor handling and rigging applications. Besides manufacturing, the company hold inventory of virtually all their products to ensure quick delivery and emergency supply.
GN's manufacturing facility in Nieuwkoop covers 12900 m² and is equipped with a state-of-the-art forge. With forging presses up to 10000 Metric tons, comprehensive machine shop with latest generation CNC machines supported by robots, test benches up to 6000 Metric tons, welding robots, shot blasting machines and many more innovative production equipment, the company have all possibilities to serve their clients.
