Aberdeen Drilling Management (ADM) provides the oil and gas industry with a range of quality services including engineering, drilling, testing, completion, maintenance and management of wells and related activities. ADM manages the design and operation of wells for a variety of operators.
Project management typically includes: well design, rig selection, service tendering, evaluation and recommendation, all necessary Legislative permitting and Government liaison, operational management, final close-out and reporting. Development of AFE costs, cost control and invoice checking throughout the operation is also included.
