Formally established in 2013, the International Centre for Energy Arbitration (ICEA) is a joint venture between the Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee and the Scottish Arbitration Centre
 
The Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee is the internationally renowned graduate school in the field of international business transactions and natural resources and energy law and policy.
 
The Scottish Arbitration Centre is the home of domestic and international arbitration in Scotland.  Founded in 2011 to capitalise on the new Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010. Its members are the Law Society of Scotland, the Faculty of Advocates, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and the Scottish Ministers.
