Lime Petroleum is a small and fast growing exploration company established in 2012. The Company was pre-qualified in February 2013 and has since then grown a portfolio of exploration licences on the Norwegian Continental shelf.
Lime Petroleum have built a strong portfolio of licenses focusing on infrastructure led-exploration, with both high impact prospects and high value prospects. The company's goal is to grow their portfolio further through licensing rounds and farm-ins and to participate in 1-3 exploration wells per year. Lime Petroleum use state-of-the-art data and technology, and in addition to market seismic attributes, the company use an in-house DHI in the frequency domain, named “Rex Virtual Drilling” (RVD).
Lime Petroleum's strategy is to explore for, develop and produce hydrocarbons, primarily focused on oil, on the Norwegian Continental Shelf in close cooperation with their operators and the authorities.

Lime Petroleum's shareholders are Rex International Investments Pte. Ltd. (at 91.7%), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rex International Holding Limited, and Schroder & Co Banque SA (at 8.3%).
