Description

Mexican National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH) was created as a result of the Mexican Energy Reform approved by Congress in November 2008. In may of 2009 the Commissioners were appointed by the President of México tasked with a mission to optimize the management of hydrocarbon reserves and resources in order to create the greatest possible economic value for benefit of all mexicans.
