Poltava Petroleum

Description

JV Poltava Petroleum Company (JV PPC), a joint Ukrainian-British venture, was founded in 1994. JV PPC is a leader among non-state oil and gas producers in Ukraine.

Scope of activities: prospecting and exploration for oil and gas, and hydrocarbon production and processing. 

Key objectives: social responsibility, implementation of innovative technologies and best practices in oil and gas industry.

According to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, in January-March 2018, private companies increased oil production by 5.3%. In particular, the largest private oil producer Poltava Gas and Oil Company increased production by 21.5% to 6.7 thousand tons.
