Project Pipeline Supply Limited operate from facilities in St. Helens and are one of the UK’s market leaders in the manufacture of flanges and subsea pipeline components.
The Company’s manufacturing range is wide and varied, from standard pipeline flanges and fittings to more complicated pipeline components. Especially for Subsea applications, Project Pipeline Supply is very familiar with supplying components to complex and demanding Project Specifications with onerous testing regimes and strict attention to detail, quality and documentation. Familiar materials to Project Pipeline Services Limited range from all Stainless Steels including Duplex and Super Duplex, Carbon / Low Alloy Steels, CRA Clad Steels and Nickel Alloy Steels. The Company also provide detailed Design Engineering in-house to support supply of special product or for any design verification.
Project Pipeline Supply Limited have its own machine shop located at the main facility in St. Helens. This well-established and flexible, machine shop is equipped with modern machines capable of small intricate detail and large heavy loads. It can provide instant turnaround for fast-track supply and large capacity for high volume work. This in-house manufacturing capability combined with experienced Project Management and Quality Control Services ensures a high level of supply chain efficiency.
To supplement the Company’s manufacturing ability large stocks of flanges, forgings, seamless pipe, welded pipe and butt weld fittings are maintained in St. Helens. This facilitates fast track supply of pipeline packages to the industry.
