Cutting Underwater Technologies (CUT) has more than 40 years’ experience in providing both “off the shelf” and “bespoke” diamond wire-cutting solutions to the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Renewables and Decommissioning Industries globally. 
 
From their bases in Aberdeen, UAE and Singapore, the CUT Group has successfully performed more than 7,000 cuts, including, involvement in the removal of 138 platforms and 213 pipelines, not to mention an array of other targets as diverse as multi-strings, chains, drill strings, risers, monopile’s, guideposts, pipes and shipwrecks.

The CUT Group offers both “off the shelf” and “bespoke” diamond wire cutting solutions. In addition to our existing fleet of more than 180 diamond wire tools ranging from 5.5” to 288” cutting capacity CUT regularly provides clients with bespoke solutions.
