Foxtrot International LDC is a privately held exploration and production company active in Côte d'Ivoire. The company is operator and 27.27 percent stakeholder in offshore Block CI-27 which contains the two largest producing gas fields in the country, Foxtrot and Mahi. The company also is operator and 27.5 percent stakeholder in Block CI-502, an offshore exploration license acquired in 2014.
Foxtrot International LDC was founded in 1994. RAK Petroleum holds 33.33 percent of Foxtrot International held through Mondoil Enterprises, LLC, acquired in 2013.
